SEPTEMBER OUTWARD MINISTRY
The Food Roundup, which normally takes place in April, had to be postponed because of COVID-19. During this challenging time, BCHNC has remained open when others have not. The needs of abused, neglected and abandoned children don’t cease even in this time of crisis, and cottage parents and staff have served in incredible ways to ensure their boys and girls have safe, caring homes.
On Move In Sunday, we will kickoff our Food Roundup benefiting the North Carolina Baptist Children’s Home Food Roundup. As a Southern Baptist Church in North Carolina, this is one of the ministries that our giving supports. If you are looking for a way to serve abused, neglected and abandoned children in NC, this is it.
We are collecting gift cards for Walmart and Food Lion.
Your gift of a gift card or an online gift helps the staff and volunteers at the Baptist Children's Homes to purchase exactly the fresh food they need.
